Check the bike before the ride
Agree how the vehicle’s condition is recorded and which equipment comes with it. Ask about support, breakdown arrangements and the route restrictions that apply to your booking.
Compare the full tenure, included charges and exit arrangements as well as the headline price. Ask for the agreed specification and inclusions in writing. Availability and commercial terms come directly from the provider.
Choose a motorcycle you can comfortably handle
Tell the provider your experience, intended route and luggage needs. Ask for the exact model or substitution process, seat fit and supplied riding equipment. A larger engine or a familiar brand is not a substitute for a suitable riding position and experience.
Inspect the handover with the provider
Ask to check tyres, brakes, lights, controls, visible damage and fuel together. Confirm eligibility, route restrictions, maintenance support, deposit and the return process directly. Plan where the bike will be parked at both ends of a Mumbai day; pickup convenience alone does not settle the whole arrangement.

Is a helmet included?
Confirm the quantity, fit and condition of any supplied equipment. Do not infer it from a rental category.
Who confirms rider eligibility?
