Confirm the Mumbai collection point, condition check and return time; ask which safety accessories are supplied.
Make it fit your plan
Discuss fit, intended route and accessories with the provider. Check condition, return arrangements and the instructions needed for the bike you choose.
Compare the full tenure, included charges and exit arrangements as well as the headline price. Ask for the agreed specification and inclusions in writing. Availability and commercial terms come directly from the provider.
Fit the cycle to the rider and route
Share rider height, intended distance, route type and experience. Ask about frame size, gearing, tyre type, helmet and lock. Check brakes, tyres, saddle adjustment and visible damage with the provider before starting. A cycle described only by brand may still be the wrong fit.
Plan pickup and return around the ride
Confirm pickup hours, return location, late-return terms, deposit and support if a problem arises. Ask which accessories are included and whether an electric cycle has a separate charging arrangement. Choose a route appropriate to the rider and conditions; this guide does not certify any Mumbai road as safe for cycling.
Questions before you enquire
What measurements help select a cycle?
Your height and fit needs, together with the provider’s sizing advice for the actual model.
Can I return to a different location?
Only if the provider confirms that arrangement and any associated charge.
