For a Mumbai trip, confirm waiting, route changes, parking, tolls and any outstation component directly.
Make it fit your plan
Share the pickup points, destination, stops and waiting time. Compare a point-to-point trip with a day or outstation booking around the itinerary you actually need.
Compare the full tenure, included charges and exit arrangements as well as the headline price. Ask for the agreed specification and inclusions in writing. Availability and commercial terms come directly from the provider.
Choose a journey plan, not just a car
Give pickup time, passenger count, luggage, stops and the expected finish. Distinguish an airport transfer from an hourly local package and an outstation trip. For an arrival, specify the terminal and the meeting arrangement; do not rely on the word “airport” alone.
Ask when the charging clock starts
Confirm included hours and distance, extra waiting, additional stops, parking, tolls and driver-related charges. Ask how delays and late-night changes are handled. Share a contact person for group or client movements and agree how vehicle and driver details will be communicated.
Questions before you enquire
Is a local car package the same as a transfer?
No assumption should be made. Compare the trip type, included time and distance and any waiting conditions in the actual quote.
What matters for an airport pickup?
Terminal, arrival details, luggage, meeting point and the provider’s waiting and delay process.
