Tell the Mumbai supplier the exact camera model and the shoot conditions; ask how the lenses are checked at handover.
Plan the camera lenses rental around your actual need
Confirm the mount, focal lengths and compatibility with the camera body you will use. Give the business your dates, intended use and the length of time you need the item. Ask it to confirm the proposed specification rather than treating a category name as an exact product.
The Mumbai part of the plan
Tell the Mumbai supplier the exact camera model and the shoot conditions; ask how the lenses are checked at handover. Make your area, full delivery or collection address and access window explicit. A business listed as serving Mumbai may still need to check your PIN code and the practical details.
Compare the full quote
Ask for item rental, transport, setup, support, cleaning, collection and any other charges separately. Keep a refundable deposit separate from rental cost. Confirm the minimum period, extension rules, cancellation, late return and responsibility for loss or damage directly with the business.
Keep a handover record
Check the agreed item, accessories and condition with the provider. Keep the written booking confirmation and the return deadline. For a group plan, nominate one person to coordinate collection and return.
