Compare the full tenure, included charges and exit arrangements as well as the headline price. Ask for the agreed specification and inclusions in writing. Availability and commercial terms come directly from the provider.
A parking garage and a working garage are different briefs
Say whether the requirement is vehicle storage, servicing, fabrication or another activity. Give vehicle dimensions, equipment and intended operating hours. Ask the owner to confirm the proposed use before discussing alterations. A covered space with a shutter does not by itself establish that a workshop can operate there.
Measure the approach as carefully as the interior
Check entry width, clear height, turning space and the condition of the floor with the provider. For workshop use, discuss power, ventilation, drainage, tools, noise and waste arrangements with the right specialists. In the enquiry, include the access lane and the loading point rather than only the main-road address.
