For a Mumbai exhibition, separate the organiser’s stall-space booking from the booth supplier’s structure, furniture and installation.
Keep the floor booking and the build separate
Ask who provides the floor space and who supplies the booth. Clarify included furniture, power, branding, storage, setup passes and dismantling so the two arrangements fit together.
Confirm the dates, inclusions and handover arrangements with the business you choose. Ask for the agreed specification and inclusions in writing. Availability and commercial terms come directly from the provider.
