A BKC meeting day, an Andheri client visit or a Powai workweek can each need a different workspace arrangement.
Choose the workday, not just the seat
Clarify whether the desk is dedicated or shared, where calls can happen and how meeting rooms are booked. Ask what happens to belongings after hours and whether weekend access is included.
Compare the full tenure, included charges and exit arrangements as well as the headline price. Ask for the agreed specification and inclusions in writing. Availability and commercial terms come directly from the provider.
Choose access, not just a desk count
Compare a hot desk, a dedicated desk and a private cabin. Ask what you can leave overnight, whether the same seats are assigned and how meeting rooms are booked. Include the number of people attending on a normal day, not only the team’s total headcount.
Check the extras that shape a working month
Confirm access hours, internet, printing, meeting-room credits, visitor rules, storage and any additional charges. Ask how the plan changes if the team grows or needs fewer seats. For a Mumbai shortlist, visit the precise centre and check the last part of the daily journey.
Questions before you enquire
Does a desk plan include a meeting room?
Check the plan’s actual allocation, booking rules and charges. Workspace access and meeting-room hours can be separate.
Can I use the location as a business address?
Ask the operator about its specific offering and documentation, then check suitability for your intended purpose with the relevant adviser.
